Biography

After a number of years operating a family office in China and Australia, I established a company to assist in the cultural and business integration of institutions between China and the Middle East. My company has helped numerous large organisations and institutions to make the transition between nations and cultures, and currently assists companies from 10 countries to operate in China.

Research

I have a strong interest in comparative research between China and other nations, particularly focusing on experiences of leadership and entrepreneurship, and how these are perceived by different groups within China.
