How will I know when I can collect my BRP card from the University of Birmingham?
The University of Birmingham will contact you by email once your card is ready for collection. You will be given details of an appointment time and location to collect your card.
Your decision letter from the UKVI may provide a date that the card will be available for collection – however, this date only indicates when the card will be produced and does not guarantee that the card will have been delivered to the University of Birmingham, or is ready for collection by this date. You must wait until you have been contacted by the University of Birmingham to say the card is ready for collection.
