IT Services provide the IT infrastructure and digital services that support academic research, learning and teaching, and operational activities across the University

High-quality IT and digital services are crucial to the teaching, research and innovation ambitions of the Birmingham 2030 Strategic Framework and IT Services is committed to working in partnership with all areas of the University to help deliver this strategy. Our Digital Strategy sets out how we will do that.  

IT Services aim to continuously develop and enhance our digital environments in line with the ever-evolving digital landscape and provide up-to-date, effective and customer-focused digital services to support our students, staff, researchers, visitors and partners. 

We are firmly focussed on making IT happen.
