Guidance for partners

We aim to make the application process for your incoming students as smooth as possible as they embark on their Study Abroad experience at the University of Birmingham.

For Erasmus and International Exchange students we request that we receive a nomination from our overseas partners for those students who wish to choose Birmingham, either for one semester or the full academic year.

We are currently still accepting nominations for the Semester 2 in the academic year 2017/18 until the 1st October 2017. Please send details of your nominated students to the Study Abroad team, which includes their full name, their current subject of study and also the proposed subject area here at the University of Birmingham.

Once nominated, please direct your students to apply online using our online application form as early as possible to avoid disappointment in confirmation of their preferred classes or modules.

If a student is not being nominated as part of an exchange agreement, then they can simply apply online before the deadline.
