For all HR enquiries, visit their staff Intranet page.

Use the IT Service Portal to find answers, change your password, or report a problem. If you don’t know your username or password, use the ‘I can’t login’ option when prompted to access the guest form.

Any lost or found property is held by Security for a period of six weeks. Lost or found items, including bicycles, can be reclaimed or reported to the Security Reception, Aston Webb Building.

After six weeks any unclaimed property is passed on to Acorns Children's Charity for re-sale.

Students and graduates can use our Secure Documents Service to view, share and download their degree documents and secure letters to give proof of study at the University, for a range of purposes.

Third party organisations and companies can also use the Secure Documents Service to verify attendance at the University, check qualifications, and view degree documents.
