Normal working hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday. Clinical advice is available during working hours Monday to Friday. There is no formal on-call service but clinically urgent requests may be arranged through a clinician, clinical scientist or senior biomedical scientist, by telephoning the laboratory.
