The University of Birmingham Law Fair is a careers fair exclusive to our students and recent graduates. The event provides an excellent opportunity for firms and chambers interested in promoting training contracts, pupillages and vacation schemes.
We welcome firms and chambers of all sizes, from international, corporate firms to regional practices. Recruiters can access our large, diverse student community by meeting them in person, in our prestigious Great Hall on our Edgbaston Campus. The fair provides an opportunity for our students and graduates to learn about their career options with in the legal sector, and network with firms and chambers to explore these possibilities
Which companies can exhibit at the fair?
The fair is open to law firms and barristers' chambers of all sizes. Small and medium sized firms are welcome. This event is an excellent way to raise your firm's profile on campus and promote your vacation schemes and training contracts.
Date and location
The fair will be held on Wednesday 13 November 2024, in the Great Hall at University of Birmingham.
Student attendance
University of Birmingham undergraduates, postgraduates, international students and recent graduates of all degree disciplines, but primarily Law students. University of Birmingham Career Registration data 2023/24 shows 34% of students studying within the College of Arts and Law are interested in pursuing a legal career.
