The Edna Pearson Scholarship is awarded annually to a student studying for a full-time research Master's degree in History.
Value of Award
The awards covers tuition fees at UK/EU rates, and may include a contribution to living costs.
The award is open to those studying for a full-time research master’s degree in History.
How to Apply
If you have already applied for Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) funding, or the main College of Arts and Law Master's Scholarships, then you do not need to apply for this funding separately. If your application for an AHRC award is unsuccessful, you will automatically be considered for one of the College scholarships, including the Edna Pearson Scholarship.

The deadline for receipt of applications and references is 4pm, Thursday 25 April 2013.
Your application must be supported by two references. It is the responsibility of the applicant to forward the reference form to both nominated referees and advise them that references must be returned to firstname.lastname@example.org by 4pm, Thursday 25 April. Further notes on submitting references are available on the scholarship application form.
