Professor Russell Jackson has been working in rehearsals as text adviser with co-directors Kenneth Branagh and Rob Ashford for the Kenneth Branagh Theatre Company's production of Romeo and Juliet at the Garrick Theatre, London.
The show opens on 12 May and runs until 13 August. Richard Madden plays Romeo, with Lily James as Juliet, Derek Jacobi as Mercutio and Meera Syal as Nurse. The production will be broadcast live to cinemas on Thursday 7 July.
