The Department of Education and Social Justice offers a variety of taught postgraduate courses in the following areas: International Education, Management of Special Education in Developing Countries, School Improvement and Educational Leadership, and Professional Studies.

Doctoral research training
The Department offers a range of doctoral research programmes. These are tailored to suit different constituencies by drawing on different combinations of core research training and taught masters modules. There is also the PhD with Integrated Study: Education and Learning, which is a four year degree that comprises 120 credits of taught modules and an 80,000 word thesis and the cross college Integrated Study (Social Sciences) PhD.
