Professor James Arthur, Director of the Jubilee Centre for Character and Virtues, was invited to a reception at No. 10 Downing Street by Prime Minister Theresa May on Monday 20th March. At the meeting he was able to discuss with her the character building activities in the new University of Birmingham School.
