On 31 October 2016, Head of Birmingham Law School Professor Bob Lee gave evidence to the External Affairs and Additional Legislation Committee of the Welsh Assembly in Cardiff.
Professor Lee was asked to provide expert opinion on the major challenges facing Wales in relation to environmental and marine law, post Brexit. Professor Lee asserted that so much depends on what the government in Westminster decide upon, whether they will enact a ‘soft’ or ‘hard’ Brexit.
