Professor Yujin Nagasawa has been appointed Philosophy of Religion Editor for Cambridge Elements, an ambitious new publishing venture being undertaken by Cambridge University Press.

The Philosophy of Religion series will offer concise and structured introductions to all central topics in the philosophy of religion. Each book in the series will provide a survey of the literature on a given topic within the philosophy of religion and develop new ideas and arguments from the author’s unique viewpoint. Each book will be between 20,000 and 30,000 words in length, rigorously peer-reviewed, rapidly published and disseminated, and available in online, onscreen, and print versions.

The primary audience of the proposed series consists of postgraduate students and researchers in philosophy, religious studies, and theology. However, since each book will be written in an accessible manner, any intelligent reader with basic knowledge of philosophy should be able to follow the exposition and arguments without difficulty.
