The Bishop of Birmingham, the Right Reverend David Urquhart is leading a social inclusion process in the city. Through the Process the Bishop aims to bring together the combined energy, resources and wisdom of the city’s key organisations and leaders to address fundamental social and economic issues in the city in order to improve opportunities and aspirations for all and especially those who are most disadvantaged.
Lisa Trickett, Director of Civic Engagement in the College of Social Sciences is representing the University of Birmingham on the steering group, and is leading a team of academics from the College who are supporting the Process in examining Key Lines of Enquiry of the Process.
