The Health Services Management Centre and Middlesex University London have published a compendium of approaches and tools for organisational change within adult social care. Funded by the NIHR School for Social Care Research, the compendium is the result of a 18 month project exploring evidence and practice experience of achieving positive change in an adult social care context. It includes case studies which illustrate how four key approaches to change could be deployed within common adult social care scenarios, and a directory of key change approaches and change management tools.

A copy of the report is available and an overview of the project here. The compendium is being translated into an on-line interactive resource by the Social Care Institute of Excellence which will be available early summer.
