HSMC has edited a special edition of the Journal of Integrated Care exploring the crucial relationship between general practice and adult social care. This special edition builds on a scoping literature review carried out by HSMC for the School for Social Care Research and a current project developing interprofessional development resources funded by the West Midlands Academic Health Science Network. It includes articles from practitioners, managers, academics and professional bodies and is a rich source of current opinion and latest practice.
