(currently in the final year of his PhD in the School of Sport & Exercise Sciences) has been awarded one of just 30 places on the European Nutrition Leadership Programme 2013.
The European Nutrition Leadership Platform is a network of leading nutrition experts promoting nutrition, food and health in Europe, which aims to develop leaders within Europe to advance nutrition and health via Leadership training programmes. The seminars Adrian will attend are organised by a group of leading European nutritionists in close collaboration with major representatives from food industry and European nutrition organisations and societies. At the present time the course is organised by Wageningen University in the Netherlands, and is supported by Danone, Kraft Foods, Nestlé, DSM, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo and Unilever, and thirteen universities from around Europe.
