Over the next year we will be supporting social entrepreneurship which will allow staff to start up social ventures and create social change.  We have £15,000 available to enable research staff to test and develop their UK based ideas and we will provide support to help their idea or project to become a sustainable social enterprise. These ideas can be however big or small as long as they aim to benefit the lives of others, whether it’s on a university wide basis or international scale.

Our lunchtime seminar will focus on how you can use your research to create impact through social enterprise, initiatives within the University that are creating social change and how you can apply for funding.  Find out about how Empowering CoachingTM is motivating children in youth sport and how Cognition Matters is changing how stroke victims are assessed and rehabilitated.

Be inspired to bring about social change.
