On teaching International Law

Abstract:

The seminar will focus on the content of textbooks and their use, difference that a textbook can make with regard to understanding primary sources; especially in the context of proliferation of theoretical approaches (critical, policy-oriented, inter-disciplinary teaching); and increasing treatment of international law in UK courts, including in cases that end up going to international courts.
