I completed my BA in English language and literature at Hebron University in Palestine. In 2014, I was granted the Higher Education Scholarship in Palestine scheme (HESPAL) to pursue my MA degree in the translation theory and practice at SOAS. Between the years 2016-2018, I taught and co-ordinated undergraduate-level English language courses at Al-Najah National University (Nablus, Palestine). In 2018, I was awarded the HESPAL scholarship to undertake a doctoral project at the University of Birmingham. Under the supervision of Professor Rebecca Gould, I am currently researching the role of translation in political discourse production settler-colonial contexts
