Hybrid modelling workshop, November 2022

In person and online, Sport and Exercise Sciences, Lecture Theatre 1, Edgbaston campus
Tuesday 29 November 2022 (09:00-17:00)

Hybrid modelling that integrates 'white box' (mechanistic, physics-based) and 'black box' (machine learning) is becoming common as it could combine the best of both worlds. This one-day workshop aims to bring together communities from both paradigms to interact, learn from one another and foster collaboration. There will also be a session to discuss the challenges of hybrid modelling and how best to address them.
