Christina Easter is an Assistant Professor and medical statistician within the Biostatistics, Evidence Synthesis, Test Evaluation and Prediction Models (BESTEAM) team in the Department of Applied Health Sciences.

Since joining the University in 2016, Christina has contributed to a range of research projects, including prognostic modelling, cluster randomised controlled trials, and projects across diverse medical areas. She has actively collaborated with colleagues both within the University of Birmingham and internationally, fostering multidisciplinary and cross-institutional research partnerships.

Christina is actively involved in teaching across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Notably, she leads the Postgraduate Research (PGR) Statistics training course for the College of Medicine and Health.
