The development and operation of all BEAR services is overseen and governed by the Research Computing Management Committee. Members of the group are drawn from every College as well as IT Services. The current Group membership can be found here, and its remit here.
Reflecting the rapidly growing demand for data storage, the Group also serves as the University’s Research Data Storage Management Board (RDSMB) overseeing policy and provision of the centralised archive and ‘working’ data stores. Research data storage policies can be found here.
The Research Computing Management Committee are always keen to hear feedback from BEAR users. To facilitate this there is also a BEAR User Group.
