Work Responsibilities and Care Commitments during the Covid-19 Pandemic – Towards a new division of labour?

The relationship between work and home is now different for everyone, whether working from home or at work. How paid work and domestic work are done is a particular focus.

This first seminar focused on the varied, often differential effects of living with Covid-19. It is relevant to researchers and managers thinking about the nexus of work and home, how workplaces can be more inclusive, and why exclusion remains so prevalent.
