A multi-university evaluation team led by Warwick University has published its final report regarding a major programme in Coventry to increase access to primary care services.
Researchers from the Health Services Management Centre led Workstream 3 of the evaluation which explored the experiences of staff from the various partner agencies. The report suggests that there were significant improvements in the process of delivery with no detrimental effects on attendees’ health outcomes, that patients had positive experiences, and that the enhanced services offered value for money.
