We aim to make the application process for your incoming students as smooth as possible as they embark on their Study Abroad experience at the University of Birmingham.
For Erasmus and International Exchange students we request a nomination from our overseas partners for all students who select the University of Birmingham, either for one semester or the full academic year.
Please send details of your nominated students to the Study Abroad team, which includes their full name, their current subject of study and also the proposed subject area here at the University of Birmingham. Once nominated, your students will be directed to apply online using our online application form. Students are encourgaed to apply as early as possible to avoid disappointment in confirmation of their preferred classes or modules.
If a student is not being nominated as part of an exchange agreement, then he/she can simply apply online before the deadline.
Please download our Study Abroad Brochure (PDF - 1.65MB) to discover more about Birmingham. There’s also a Study Abroad Poster Web (PDF - 1.30MB) which you can download and put up in your office.
Please download our Fact Sheet for Incoming Students.
