CAHA Study Tour
The Department of Classics, Ancient History and Archaeology has been taking University of Birmingham students to ancient sites in Greece for more than fifty years. Our second-year Study Tour module gives students the unique opportunity to travel on a guided tour of archaeological sites they have studied as part of their degree and use them as their classroom.
The tour is an exciting and important element of the programmes below:
This module is the only one of its kind in the UK. It gives all students on these two programmes the unique opportunity to go on a guided tour with their lecturers to some of the most important Classical sites.
Most travel costs associated with this core module are covered by the University.Alternative arrangements are available for those students who do not wish to travel.
