Key dates for direct entry to Engineering/Physical Sciences courses
General timescale for the direct entry application process
- Fall/autumn: direct entry applications open
- January onwards: application outcome
- Spring: applications will close for competitive programmes, you are advised to apply by spring
- Late July: accommodation application deadline
- Mid August: final date to submit documents to admissions
- Mid-Late August: final date CAS can be issued
- August - September: complete online registration
- Mid - Late September: arrivals weekend
- Mid - Late September: semester one begins with Welcome Week
- Late September: Semester one teaching begins
