The Education Leadership Academy is made up from a rich blend of academics and education leaders who always ask ‘what matters?’ before ‘what works?’ We are committed to supporting and developing today’s leaders and the leaders of the future. Our teaching draws on deep research and the experience of contemporary leaders. Our research focusses on urban education with its themes of equity and inclusion.
