Sunil Purohit is Founder/CEO of VentureThrive Group, a Financial Advisory and Investment Management firm operating globally in AI, ClimateTech, FinTech and HealthTech focussed ventures.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA) and PwC-trained, Sunil brings 30+ years of corporate finance experience to the role, with deep expertise in fundraising, capital structuring, exits, and M&A. His track record includes seven successful exits across venture and private equity-backed scale-ups, including Fits.me (acquired by Rakuten), Eniram (acquired by Wärtsilä), Bright Computing (acquired by NVIDIA), and DFP (acquired by Hubb).
Before founding VentureThrive, Sunil held senior finance leadership roles including Group CFO of PSD Group plc (London Main Market, £300M market cap), CFO of Eniram and Fits.me, Finance Director for Pegasystems Inc, and international finance roles at Prime Response, Inference Corp, and British Gas. He has been responsible for significant fundraising throughout his career and is a trusted strategic advisor to founders and boards.
Sunil is a graduate of the University of Birmingham, holding a BCom in Accounting. He previously served as Honorary Treasurer of YoungMinds, the UK's leading mental health charity for children and young people.
