Swim team Reunion

All members of the University of Birmingham Swim Team are invited to join a reunion celebrating 30 years since the start of Gary Humpage’s tenure as coach of the University of Birmingham Swimming Team on Saturday 5 September 2026. You can find further information and book tickets via the reunion webpage which is monitored by graduates from the 1996 team.

50 Years of Hydrogeology Reunion

The MSc Hydrogeology course has been taught at the University of Birmingham for over 50 years. To celebrate this milestone, alumni Steph Wagstaff and Gordon Coombs are organising a reunion in Birmingham on Saturday 8 August 2026.

Air Pollution Management and Control 25-Year Reunion

Twenty-five years after the first cohort graduated from the MSc Air Pollution Management and Control programme, alumni are invited back to campus for a special reunion on 30 October 2026.

Organised by alumnus Gordon Allison, the afternoon and evening will feature talks from Professor Roy Harrison and Professor Francis Pope, a tour of the University's Air Quality Supersite, and the opportunity to reconnect with fellow graduates over dinner.

Chemistry Class of 1983 Reunion

Thelma Matuk is exploring plans for a Chemistry Class of 1983 Reunion to take place on campus in early February 2027.

The reunion will provide an opportunity to reconnect with former classmates, revisit campus and celebrate over 40 years since graduation. Alumni interested in attending, hearing more about the plans, or joining the dedicated WhatsApp group are encouraged to get in touch.
