- Hire of a Graduation robe and cap
- A presentation scroll from the Vice-Chancellor
- A professional photographer to capture your moment on stage
- A drinks and canapés networking reception

- Can I change my guest’s name?
Yes, please email the alumni events team with any changes to your booking details. - Can I refund my ticket?
Refunds can be requested up to 14 days before the event. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refund requests made after this date.
- Can I bring extra guests?
Due to limited capacity and expected demand, attendance is limited to a maximum of one guest—and only if you have purchased the Graduate and Guest ticket option.
