Alumni email service is being discontinued in 2026

The University of Birmingham is phasing out the alumni email service.

New alumni email accounts are no longer being provisioned.

Existing accounts that have not been accessed for more than 18 months may be deactivated and subsequently deleted.

If you rely on your alumni email account, please ensure you log in regularly and consider migrating to an alternative email service.

Further communication will be sent to existing account holders about the discontinuation as the date approaches.

Up to 2025, University of Birmingham graduates were automatically enrolled in the alumni email service and given an @alumni.bham.ac.uk email address.
