The alumni email service is being phased out and will be deactivated on 14 September 2026.
New alumni email accounts are no longer being provisioned. Students expected to graduate in July 2026 will have their student accounts extended from 30 days to 120 days to provide time to transfer important emails to personal accounts.
Existing accounts that have not been accessed for more than 18 months may be deactivated and subsequently deleted.
If you rely on your alumni email account, please ensure you log in regularly and begin migrating to an alternative email service.
Further communication will be sent to existing account holders about the deactivation as the date approaches.
If you need help to access your alumni email account before the deactivation date, please read the IT Service Desk's Knowledge Base article KB12939.
