Are we out of sync with the Sun?

Inspired by the science of the Sun, The Exchange presents this latest lecture on the University of Birmingham research into our circadian rhythms.
Two alarm clocks sit in a brightly lit room and a dark blue room.

How does modern life, with late nights, artificial light, and endless screens, clash with our ancient biological clocks?

Join experts Professor Clare Anderson (University of Birmingham) and Professor Russell Foster (University of Oxford) as they explore the hidden rhythms that govern our bodies, from sleep and mood to energy and wellbeing. Discover how living out of sync with the Sun affects us, and what our natural circadian cycles can teach us about feeling more balanced in a 24/7 world.
