The University Jazz Orchestra celebrates Amy Winehouse's iconic Back to Black album with a guest vocalist and new orchestrations by Olivia Murphy.

We celebrate the music of the late Amy Winehouse and her Grammy and Ivor Novello award-winning album Back to Black with a guest vocalist, and orchestrations from National Youth Jazz Orchestra Resident Musical Director, Olivia Murphy.

Alongside these iconic songs we present Olivia’s original compositions for Jazz Orchestra. Olivia has previously been commissioned to write for the University Jazz Orchestra and her music has been described as ‘fresh, original contemporary music that certainly deserves to be given a much wider audience’ Jazzwise.
