Join us on Thursday 10 September for an inspiring and interactive alumni event designed to help you take the next step with confidence.

The evening will begin with a keynote talk from a University of Birmingham alumnus who will share their personal career journey, including how they built confidence during the transition from university to the workplace, developed professional connections, and overcame barriers that stood in the way of their career progression.

Following the keynote, you'll have the opportunity to take part in a series of facilitated table discussions with experienced Birmingham alumni from a range of sectors and backgrounds. Rotating between tables, you'll be able to ask candid questions about their careers, the challenges they faced when starting out, how they navigated uncertainty, and the practical steps they took to secure opportunities and achieve their goals.
