CBSO presents: Adventures in Space family concert

What to expect

• This interactive family concert will launch young imaginations into orbit with space-themed music and lots of opportunity to move, explore and join in
• Enjoy plenty of free book-themed activities happening around The Exchange for our Booktober season
• Come dressed as your favourite astronaut, alien or star explorer!

The café in the Banking Hall is open throughout the event and serves hot and cold drinks and food.

Please note that this performance will take place inside a working café and some noise can be expected during the performance.

Take the opportunity to see Helios, a vast illuminated sculpture by British artist Luke Jerram depicting the surface of the sun using NASA imagery.

Do I need to book?

Yes. This event is free but ticketed. Please register for this event via the link in the top right of this page.

Other activities taking place between 11 am and 3 pm are free to take part in ona. drop-in basis.

Facilities and accessibility

We’re committed to making The Exchange as welcoming and accessible as possible. There’s step-free access and accessible toilets on all floors, plus a Changing Places toilet on the basement level.
