The College of Arts and Law (CAL) Doctoral School is delighted to announce a range of studentships and funding opportunities for September 2026 entry.

Join the Director and Deputy Director of the Doctoral School, Professor Aengus Ward and Dr Simon Smith, for an online funding application workshop. We will explore the selection criteria, discuss best practice, answer your questions and offer support with your applications in progress.

This workshop covers the funding schemes offered by CAL. You can apply for these using our application form. These are
