What is the Future Leaders Certificate?
Running from November to June, the FLC is a rigorous, hands-on programme designed to help you develop as a leader with purpose. You'll work through coaching sessions, guest talks, and individual and group challenges before taking on an intensive summer project tackling a real business issue for a major employer.
It's competitive, it's demanding, and it's unlike anything else on offer during your postgraduate studies.

This session is open to offer holders, current applicants, and anyone considering an MSc at Birmingham Business School who wants to understand how the FLC could elevate their postgraduate experience and employability.
