Shifting Foundations: Navigating change in teaching and learning

Recent years have brought significant pressures, both internally and externally, requiring international foundation programmes to adapt in new and often challenging ways.

This InForm conference is an opportunity to talk about and demonstrate how we are meeting these challenges on an individual and institutional basis. This conference is a good opportunity to explore some of the issues around Foundation delivery for both experienced staff and those new to the field.

We will focus on four main areas: the learner, technology and assessment, the curriculum, and the teacher.

Our Keynote Speaker

We are delighted to announce that Professor Bee Bond will be our keynote speaker for InForm 2026. Bee is an internationally-known scholar, who specialises in English for Academic Purposes (EAP). She has worked on curriculum development across a range of programmes and her research is focussed on the intersection between language and disciplinary content knowledge.
