The MRC Translational Funders Day is an opportunity for University of Birmingham researchers to hear directly from MRC representatives about current translational funding schemes and priorities, and to book 1:1 appointments for tailored advice on planned or in-development applications.
Whether you are developing your first translational funding application or preparing your next major bid, this event will provide valuable guidance on the range of MRC translational funding schemes and the opportunities available to support the progression of your research towards patient and societal impact.

1-2-1 Sessions with MRC Programme Managers
Researchers interested in booking a 1-2-1 consultation with an MRC Programme Manager are required to submit a brief project summary (maximum half a page) in advance.
Submission deadline: 4 September, 4:00 pm

These sessions offer an excellent opportunity to receive tailored feedback on project fit, funding scheme selection, and application timing before submission.
