Mezzo soprano Rosie Middleton joins the University’s New Music Ensemble and Philharmonic Orchestra for an evening of contemporary music under the direction of Daniele Rosina. From Berio’s O King to Martijn Padding’s orchestral work Three Reflections on Previous Thoughts, and a selection of student compositions, plus Jennifer Walshe’s performance art piece, HYGIENE, this eclectic concert challenges our student musicians and explores sound, movement, and scale.
