A calm, accessible, family-friendly session to enjoy Helios at a quieter time of day.

Discover Helios together with your family during this limited, quiet session. A dedicated quiet area is available nearby with gentle lighting and sensory toys.

Ideal for families with children aged 5–15 who have autism or sensory processing differences. Siblings are very welcome; all attendees must book a place.

Ticket information

We want to keep this session as safe and accessible as possible. For this reason, each session is limited to 15 tickets. 

Each ticket includes 1 child + up to 2 parents or guardians.

Tickets to this session are free. If you can no longer attend the session, please contact our box office to cancel your ticket so it can be made available to other families.

This ticket availability will be reviewed as our sessions run throughout the year.

Facilities and accessibility

We’re committed to making The Exchange as welcoming and accessible as possible. There’s step-free access and accessible toilets on all floors, plus a Changing Places toilet on the basement level.
