In or near London and want to make connections that could boost your career?

This event brings together young alumnae from across the University of Birmingham community for a morning of interesting conversation and meaningful reflection. We will hear from a panel of three remarkable Birmingham graduates, each of whom brings a unique perspective on the paths they’ve forged since leaving campus as a woman in today’s working world.

Our panellists include Kirstie-Anne Woodman (BA International Relations, 2020), Senior Consultant in FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications practice and Renka Gaddu, (BSc Mathematics, 2016), Chapter Lead in Quality Engineering at Admiral Group. Our third panellist is to be confirmed very soon so watch this space!

You’ll gain insight into how they navigated early-career challenges, from building confidence whilst challenging bias in the workplace, to supporting one another’s ambitions and championing equity. Their experiences will spark honest discussion about leadership, resilience and the power of representation in shaping more inclusive futures.
