We are delighted to welcome Martina Tully to the Lapworth Museum of Geology as our new Assistant Curator.
Martina has extensive experience of collections management, outreach and visitor engagement. She has a BSc in Geology from University College Cork, Ireland and an MSc by Research from the University of Edinburgh, for which her project focused on volcanism on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia.
Martina will be utilising her experience acquired as the Geological Collections Assistant at the British Antarctic Survey, and voluntary experience with the National Museum of Scotland, Edinburgh in order manage the collections within the Museum whilst making them accessible to a diverse range of visitors
