Award Description

The Amphlett Fund is committed to advancing the education of overseas students in the subject of Theology. The Amphlett Scholarship supports Masters Level (Taught) students by covering up to 100% of their tuition fees (at Overseas rates).

Eligibility Criteria

Students must be a national of one of the following countries: China, Japan, Korea (South), Taiwan, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand or Vietnam; ordinarily resident outside of the EEA; and studying the subject of Theology (including programmes titled Theology and Religion, Pentecostal and Charismatic Studies, Practical Theology) at the University of Birmingham.

Applications for funding can only be considered alongside an application to study.

Applicants should be intending to return to their country of ordinary residence following their studies.

In order to apply, you must have completed an application to study. You will then need to complete our funding application form. Your application must also be supported by two references.

The deadline for applying is 4pm on Friday 05 April 2024.
