We aim to make the application process for your incoming students as smooth as possible as they embark on their Study Abroad experience at the University of Birmingham.
For European and International Exchange students we request a nomination from our overseas partners for all students who select the University of Birmingham, either for one semester or the full academic year.
Please send details of your nominated students to the Study Abroad team, by completing the nomination form below, which will include their full name, their current subject of study and also the proposed subject area here at the University of Birmingham. Once nominated, your students will be directed to apply online using our online application form. Students must apply before the deadline so they can be included in our module registration process.
If a student is applying as a study abroad fee-paying student and therefore outside of the exchange agreement, then they can simply apply online before the deadline.
