As a new student you will be able to get your student ID card. Your ID card proves that you are a student, and will provide access to certain buildings and services such as the libraries and meal plan. You must complete Online Registration before you can get your ID card.
When you arrive, you will be able to collect your student ID card from the Aston Webb Student Hub. You do not need to make an appointment. Please bring some photographic ID with you, such as your passport. When you visit the Hub, it will help to make it quicker if you bring your student ID number with you. You can find this on documents from the University.

If you need a letter to provie you are a student, for example to open a bank account or for a Council Tax exemption, you can access these online using Verify. There are a range of letters available for you to view, download, and share. You will be able to access Verify after you have completed Online Registration.
