School of Psychology PhD student Leah Bull (pictured centre) was awarded the Pat Howlin prize at this year's Society for the Study of Behavioural Phenotypes Scientific Symposium held in Brisbane. The prize is open to early stage researchers who conduct research into psychosocial interventions for cognitive and behavioural disorder in genetic syndromes.
Leah's work on predicting and reducing temper outbursts in Prader-Willi syndrome is funded by Fondation Jérôme Lejeune and supervised by Professor Chris Oliver and Dr Kate Woodcock in the School's Cerebra Centre for Neurodevelopmental Disorders.
